JOANNA KOSTANSKI

Before completing her law degree, Joanna practiced in Vancouver as a registered architect and as a construction manager for over 20 years. She was also a co-owner of a land development company that developed several multi-residential projects in British Columbia as well as in the United States.

Joanna’s exposure to all facets of a construction and land development paired with legal experience equips her with an in-depth knowledge of the industry, triggering a very practical approach to any construction issues and disputes.

Joanna specializes also in civil litigation, business law and international contracts.
